We’re all rough drafts of the people we’re still becoming.

Meet Christa Means

Hi, I’m Christa Means, a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked in private practice since 2010, served as an adjunct professor in the John Brown University counseling program and served as Director of the JBU CARE clinic. My most rewarding role (aside from being a wife, mom and Cece) is sitting across from the clients in my office and walking through their hardest places. People often say to counselors “I don’t know how you do your job” and for me it is the most real and refreshing place to sit. Vulnerability allows us to see and connect with others where there is no shame, only understanding and empathy. If you find yourself ready to take the next step toward change, I am here to offer a safe space and encouragement.
